Responsabilidades

- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, capacity expansion, and manufacturing readiness projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance.
- Monitor project execution and drive actions to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones and customer commitments.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and coordinating corrective actions as needed.
- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams throughout program execution.
- Coordinate equipment, tooling,



materials, documentation, and resource readiness for production launches.
- Support FAT, SAT, NPI builds, validations, PPAP submissions, and customer qualification activities.
- Track project budgets, CAPEX, purchase requisitions, and key program metrics.
- Lead program reviews and communicate project status, risks, and recovery plans to customers and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality, documentation, and change management requirements.
- Drive successful program execution from project kickoff through production launch.

Requisitos Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or NPI environments.
- Experience leading New Product Introductions (NPI), production transfers, and manufacturing projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and change control processes.
- Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and manufacturing quality systems.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English with ability to communicate effectively with customers and general teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
