The successful candidate will lead the development of new terminal stamping tools and improvements to existing tooling and manufacturing processes through technical estimating, business case development, and tool design activities. Working closely with manufacturing, product engineering, sourcing, finance, and integral metal stamping teams, this individual will develop cost-effective tooling solutions that support new business opportunities, localization projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
