Core Responsibilities





The Associate Legal Counsel II will provide comprehensive legal advice to the various areas of the business in Mexico, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with integral policies. The role will also support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs, internal policies, ethics and integrity initiatives, training efforts, internal investigations, and compliance-related risk assessments to promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization. This role requires a combination of legal and technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively across teams, both internally and externally.

Supports the Manager Legal Counsel, program updates and general legal assistance.
Provide timely legal advice on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and operational matters.
Support various departments (retail, marketing, e-commerce, operations, HR) in identifying and mitigating legal risks.
