Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Do you have a knack for logistics and a passion for efficiency? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, you might be the adecuado candidate for the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor position at Faurecia, a global leader in automotive technology.
As the Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the internal flow of pieces, from receipt to shipping. You will ensure customer delivery, production line supplies, logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, productivity gains, and team management. You will also work closely with other functions, such as quality, production, and engineering, to ensure the smooth and optimal operation of the plant.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
Professional Experience:
Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting




3 years of experience in a similar position
Strong knowledge of the SAP system
Experience in managing unionized personnel
previous experience in the automotive industry
Skills and competencies:
English language required
Knowledge of logistics tools and systems, such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
