MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical
experience.

* 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an
advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.

* Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client
relationship management in this region.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Experience in business partnering, and with technology, or strong interest in
utilizing AI, scripts, or advanced automation tools to enhance financial
reporting and control environments.
* Understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP (e.g., NIF, IFRS), and internal control
frameworks (SOX).
* Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead and
drive complex operational initiatives.
* Ability to handle a varied and various workload, while ensuring accuracy,
timeliness and a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to
continuous process improvement.
* Team player who demonstrates strong drive for results, shows leadership.
* Excellent communication, negotiation,
