Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH, responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, presenting product and service offerings, and preparing quotes and proposals. . The Sales Specialist will maintain detailed records in the CRM system, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive activity.



This position also supports training and product demonstrations for customers, and participates in sales meetings and planning activities to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications
- Technically oriented Sales Specialist with experience developing industrial automation and capital-equipment opportunities. Skilled in understanding manufacturing challenges, defining application requirements, coordinating engineered solutions, and managing complex sales from initial discovery through commissioning. Responsible for growing USON leak-testing systems, Plastic joining solutions and custom machine-design solutions through consultative selling, disciplined territory management, and strong collaboration with engineering and customer teams.
