Accountabilities




Apply project management best practices and Agile/Scrum principles to support effective delivery processes.
Partner with client stakeholders and Product Owners to understand, communicate, and maintain visibility of the product vision.
Facilitate clear communication among developers, testers, clients, Product Owners, and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Foster team self-organization, accountability, ownership, and commitment throughout delivery cycles.
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a high-quality delivery experience.
Organize project needs, concerns, and objectives into an evolving delivery plan that creates clarity and reduces complexity.
Facilitate discussions and ceremonies for both co-located and distributed teams, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
