Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to support the growth and daily operations of Infinix’s user community in Mexico.
This role will be responsible for growing and activating our online communities, managing KOC/KOS creator programs, developing engaging local content, supporting offline activations,



and strengthening the connection between the Infinix brand and local users.
The ideal candidate understands Mexican social media culture, enjoys interacting with users and creators, and is comfortable managing both daily community operations and project-based campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Growth & Operations
Manage and grow Infinix Mexico’s user communities across platforms such as Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels.
Develop initiatives to continuously recruit new community members and improve user activation and retention.
2. KOC & Creator Management
Recruit and manage local KOCs (Key Opinion Customers), micro-creators and brand advocates.
Build and maintain an updated creator database, including creator profiles, content performance and activity status.
Identify high-potential KOCs and support their development into stronger creators or K
