Are you passionate about transforming customer data into meaningful consumer experiences? As a Product Owner – CRM & Customer Data, you will lead the strategy and evolution of critical marketing technology products that power customer engagement, personalization, identity management, and data activation across digital channels.

In this role, you will own the roadmap, backlog, and value realization of CRM, Customer Data Platform (CDP), and Identity Management capabilities. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will help create seamless, trusted, and personalized consumer experiences while enabling scalable growth through first-party data.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, digital, analytics, technology, privacy, and customer engagement teams to ensure data-driven capabilities deliver measurable business impact.

About You What You’ll Do

Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for CRM, Identity Management, and CDP platforms.
Prioritize features, enhancements,



and user stories that maximize business value and customer outcomes.
Drive consumer data unification, segmentation, profile orchestration, and activation initiatives.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-quality digital solutions.
Establish and monitor key product and data quality metrics, including profile accuracy, match rates, completeness, and activation readiness.
Support customer lifecycle, retention, and personalization use cases through trusted first-party data strategies.
