Donaldson is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant’s quality strategy and operations, ensuring compliance with general standards, applicable regulations, and customer requirements. This role will oversee the Integrated Management System, strengthen the quality culture, drive continuous improvement, and reduce costs associated with poor quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Quality department’s strategy, priorities, and performance indicators.
Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure an effective response to complaints or quality deviations.
Lead root-cause analyses and corrective and preventive actions, validating their implementation and effectiveness.




Oversee the quality of incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and finished products.
Design, implement, maintain, and improve the plant’s Integrated Management System.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and other applicable requirements.
Coordinate internal, external, certification, and customer audits, ensuring the timely closure of nonconformities.
Ensure compliance with quality requirements during new product launches, production line transfers, and equipment installations.
Lead APQP and PPAP processes, ensuring quality and on-time submission.
Implement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, containment activities, PPM, and the cost of poor quality.
Manage the department’s operating budget and support investment proposals for measurement equipment, laboratory resources, and process improvements.
