We are seeking an experienced Competent or Principal Assessor, who is certified according to the intacs™ scheme to provide guidance to support the Automotive SPICE achievements of the client’s project. The adecuado candidate will possess a deep understanding of the ASPICE framework, with extensive experience in implementing, assessing, and improving software and system development processes within the different industries including but limited to the automotive sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can guide our clients through the complexities of ASPICE compliance, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead ASPICE assessments and process improvement initiatives for automotive clients, ensuring alignment with the latest version of the ASPICE model and industry best practices.
Develop and execute strategic plans for process improvement, addressing gaps identified in assessments and leveraging industry insights to enhance client capabilities.




Provide expert guidance and coaching to client teams on ASPICE practices, process optimization, and quality management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Design and deliver training sessions on ASPICE principles, processes, and best practices, tailoring content to meet client needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, project management, and quality assurance, to integrate ASPICE processes seamlessly into client operations.
Stay abreast of advancements in automotive software engineering, including emerging technologies, methodologies (e.g., Agile), and regulatory changes, to provide forward-thinking advice to clients.
Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices for ASPICE consulting and assessment services.
