As an Agile Coach, you will work with Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and the NTT DATA Business Agility Enablement team to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile practices across clients. You will also work with all levels of organizations as well to create buy-in for change.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
- Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members and guide them through their Lean-Agile Adoption.
- Establish and steer Agile Center of Excellence, set guidance, standards and practices needed for successful agile transformation.
- Plan Strategic Agile Transformation tailored to fit the organizational need.
- Utilize industry best practices; plan and execute custom coaching plan at the Portfolio, Program and Team level.
- Manage the coaching of multiple, distributed teams collaborating as ARTs.
- Influence at all levels of the organization to help implementing recommended changes.
- Perform in various agile roles, including Scrum Master, where needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Spanish Speakers a big plus
- 10+ years of work experience mana
