Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools, driving process optimization, waste reduction, and the development of a continuous improvement culture. This role supports organizational growth by providing training, coaching, and competency development for operational, technical, and administrative personnel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
Experience implementing process improvement projects.
Experience delivering training and facilitating work teams and group activities.
Knowledge of training plans and competency development programs.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Power BI knowledge is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Strong leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to develop and facilitate training programs for employees at different organizational levels.
