SLM & SLM Manager Leads and Coordinates local and external multidisciplinary teams to Launch, Qualify and Release New Automotive Electronics Production Lines (Equipment, Products, Processes or Specific Projects) in our location based on the communication with key Functional areas in the Product Segment Organization (Central Industrial Engineering, Operations Strategic Planning & Project management), based on the General Strategic Volume Foot Print.
Responsible to monitor and check production capacity of the plant and define actions based on the Footprint to Launch new Lines and Products successfully and on time.
Coordinate the IE Manufacturing Engineer Team to assure execution of the Launches.
Key contact to R&D; and Central Industrial Engineering for Launching new Products running from Product/Production line design released until end of production.

Responsible for the Related Investment planning and execution follow up supported by key local functions.

Responsible to keep all necessary functions, local and external,



informed about project progress and properly documented according to our Quality System and Official Internal Tracking Tools.

Direct Supervision of her/his team to execute all projects and tasks.

Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Advanced & Fluent English
- Project Management Expert
- Leading with emotional intelligence
- Efficient Communication & Coaching
- Tools:
- Expert: Project Management
- Advanced: APQP, PPAP, Problem Solving Methods, PFMEA, Control Plan, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
- Basic: MSA, Problem Solving methods, PFMEA, AutoCAD, SCRUM
- Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced: Electronics Manufacturing Processes (SMD, Testing and Assembly)
- Desirable: Electricity, Electronic, Pneumatics
