Overview:
HireRight is looking for an internal communications rock star to join our team As Internal Communications Specialist, you will work with a diverse group of peers from across our organization and be a key member of the Marketing Communications global team. You will coordinate, write, and edit communications and updates across all channels and to all HireRight Team Members globally. You will work on cross-functional projects and partner with people from various regions. The right person for this job possesses the ability to be efficient, accurate and collaborative.

Responsibilities:
What you will do
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the all department and the business to collect information for broad and targeted communication initiatives.
- Provide communications support for a range of internal projects, including local and integral change management, talent development, employee engagement, benefits, and organizational changes.
- Maintain an editorial calendar for internal communications.
- Be an engaged, energetic, and collaborative member of the team.




- Serve as a point of contact for internal message requests.
- Support communication for DEI activities, culture clubs, employee affinity groups, philanthropy and other activities; collaborate with external communications and social media team members
- Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with all business units and office locations; provide guidance and execution of communications as needed
- Ensure alignment in messaging across company regions, offices and business units, as well as use of HireRight’s content guidelines

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or related field required

Experience, Knowledge And Skills
- 3 + years of experience in internal communications with experience in global organizations
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills a MUST
- Result-focused; able to work i
