Department Overview

Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control division engages with Enterprise accounts globally at a corporate level to ensure a single point of contact for the respective stakeholders within these Blue Chip organizations. The role is responsible to support, advise & manage these relationships, ensuring a unified engagement with the respective Motorola Solutions local sales teams,



to support a successful and harmonized route to market across countries and/or continents.

Job Description:
The Business Development Manager Enterprise Accounts LATAM will report to the Business Development Director LATAM and work closely with the Regional Sales Leaders of the assigned territory. The role encompasses supporting multiple Video and Security Brands from Motorola Solutions, including Avigilon, Pelco, AVA, Indigovision, Openpath and any further brands in the VS&A; division in the future as appropriate.

The Business Development Manager Enterprise Accounts LATAM will put together and drive a strategic account plan for each of the assigned Enterprise accounts with a view to understanding and resolving the pain points and requirements in the field of security and safety, with the appropriate solution offerings from the extensive Motorola VS&A; portfolio.
