Our Global Operations and Supply Chain (GO≻) PMO organization is looking to add a strong and talented Senior Program Manager to its team, to lead complex, global, cross functional manufacturing operations focused programs.

You will be a member of the GO≻ network organizing and leading cross-functional projects on high visibility project initiatives. You will lead a cross functional team to deliver major, multi-site programs to optimize Medtronic’s global manufacturing footprint.

A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.




- Manage the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products
- Review status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery
- Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of Engineering Program Management experience OR advanced degree and 5+ years of Engineering Program Management.
- Advanced English
