As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first line of contact for our external customers to ensure the success of every sale. Attention to detail is critical as you’ll be responsible for accurately inputting orders, sourcing to multiple manufacturing and fulfillment centers.
Main Responsibilities
- Has a wide understanding of the performed process, understanding in’s and out’s holistically, along with the full error impact
- Indicates process gaps and/or process enhancements - takes part as a junior consultant providing input in the BPI project for the same
- Proactively solves non-typical cases basing on his/hers own knowledge, local documents and other functions support
- Presents proactive approach and provides support for internal and external clients in order to resolve issues and queries (in/outside his/hers scope)
- Works independently under limited supervision
- Promotes PPG Way values and changes coming from local management and endorses the same
- Is responsible for execution of complex reports & evaluations
- Actively participates in operational projects
- Load approved prices for each customer/product upon request in a timely manner (primarily into Oracle)
- Build monthly reports for SOX compliance (accuracy of data loaded, approval tracking, manual price override report)- Extract price lists upon requests (from sales, business, product managers, other functions)
- Respond to internal auditor questions as needed
- Generate various reports (upon request) for different business stakeholders
- Conduct preliminary review of various price hold reports (price mismatch, missing price & margin hold)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in a high volume, fast paced, complex customer service environment required (retail or call center experience is not applicable)
- Experience entering a high volume of order data daily with low error rate essential
- Strong written and oral communication, strong cust
