What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional phone service to patients
- Schedule medical appointments with care and precision
- Follow established customer support procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Attend team meetings (Mon-Fri 8:45 am PST) and collaborate with colleagues

What You Need
- Fluent English & Spanish (written & spoken) - Required:
- 6+ months of customer service or outbound call experience:
- Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and Google products:
- Empathy, proactiveness, and strong communication skills

Work Schedule
- Full-time (40-44 hours/week):
- Monday to Friday:9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST:
- Note: This is a full-time role; no part-time or dual job arrangements are available.
