Scope of the role:
Accountabilities:




- Contact hotel partners via outbound calls to promote and sell HBX products/services.- Manage leads, track interactions and follow up to close deals, contributing to sales targets.

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation- Sales-oriented mindset and aptitude- Basic computer literacy- Ability to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being sold- Professional telephony etiquette (ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during phone calls- Ability to drive sales from interest to close deals- Professional English and Spanish

Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field- Experience working with CRM systems for lead management and tracking- Demonstrate the ability to meet or exceed sales targets- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Knowledge of the hotel indus
