- Engineering degree or related.Quality Control Specialist preferred.Knowledge and design of transformers.Knowledge of Quality Systems.Languages: Spanish and Advanced English.3+ years in a similar position.Knowledge of ISO 9001.

Role and Responsibilities:
Ensure the nonconformity process is carried out in accordance with company guidelines.Ensure the completion of the root cause analysis and corrective action process for non-quality reports within the company's quality system.Conduct follow-up walks in the production plant to verify adherence to production schedules.Ensure the quality control department is up-to-date with production commitments.Participate in quotation review meetings and factory order intake to ensure customer requirements can be met and to prepare for any undefined requirements.Knowledge of ISO 9001

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field in the metalworking industry.5 years of experience as a materials manager.Languages: Spanish and Advanced English.Honest, punctual,

Responsibilities:
Analyze material requirements based on production or sales demand.Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.Implement control systems (such as FIFO, JIT, or Kanban).Organize the receiving, storage, and internal distribution of materials.Optimize warehouse space utilization.Ensure that received materials meet required specifications.Coordinate with the quality department in case of defective materials.Ensure a continuous flow of materials to prevent disruptions.Control and reduce acquisition, storage, and transportation costs.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency.Digitize processes to improve operational efficiency.Promote team training and development.
