About the Role:
Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Associate to join our growing US-based logistics and moving team. This is a 100% remote position focused on converting inbound inquiries into booked moves and managing a high-volume sales pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:
- Outbound Follow-ups: Conduct disciplined outbound calls to new and existing leads to guide them through the booking process.
- Lead Qualification: Gather accurate move details (inventory, locations, scheduling)



to provide precise estimates.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed, real-time records in our CRM to ensure operational continuity across shifts.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns and follow sales scripts to maximize booking outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bilingual Fluency: Professional-level verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish is required.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time schedule.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while remaining process-driven and coachable.
