British American Tobacco Mexicohas an exciting opportunity for a Senior Tax Analyst in Monterrey, Mexico.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Computation and submission to the advance monthly tax payments (VAT, Income Tax, Withholdings) and annual tax returns, including capturing and analyzing data.
- Responsibility for the preparation and filling on the Corporate Income, Excise, Withholdings and VAT tax returns.
- Preparation of working papers to submission the statutory tax report and work with the external tax auditors.
- Coordinate and follow up the tax matters granted by the tax authorities.
- Follow up and gather information for transfer Pricing Reports
- Assist with Deferred, Current Tax Reporting, Perform Cash Flow Tax Processes and analysis
- Assist with audits,



refunds and all tax requirements in connection tax authorities, external and internal auditors.
- Elaborate and reconciles taxes and makes adjustment to the general ledger accounting.
- Coordinate and follow-up Tax Projects with IT and other business partners.
- What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy, finance or tax or related fields.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Tax/ Accounting / Control
- Strong accounting and tax knowledge
- Previous experience in tax (Directly or being part of an audit team)
- Very good communication skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize and able to work with tight deadlines
- Proactive and willing to continuous development
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, PowerPoint
- Able to communicate with advance level of English.
