Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Purchase of international commodities, supplies, and contracting services.
- Execute the Purchasing activities in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Foster business relationships with suppliers to provide the best solutions for the Company in terms of quality, cost and service.
- Review and manage purchase requisitions, quotations, contracts, and agreements.
- Coordinate necessary actions with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials with sense of urgency.
- Track the status of orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve any issues.
- Maintain updated procurement records, including supplier/lead time and product information.
- Deviation Request submittal due to delivery/BOM error/Inventory adjustments.
- Workflow processing and completion - 30 days from receipt.
- Follow up Plant Shortage reports updates weekly-resolution added.
- Seek to achieve KPI - Goals and objectives assigned annually, including quarterly monitoring and create action plan if needed.




- Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor´s degree in administrative / business / trade area
- 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong negotiation, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented.
- Proficient English level B2 for business communication
- Preferred:
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CPP).
- Market knowledge and supplier´s development.
