The Plant Manager ensures smooth production operations according to official KPIs, in compliance with customer requirements, quality requirements, and standards. Works closely with the Head of Operations regarding infrastructure, machinery, investments, workforce, and strategic initiatives. Mitigates risks and proposes and implements the required improvements and changes.

The role has full accountability for site P&L; and works closely with Human Resources through a dotted-line reporting relationship to support organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to achieve business, financial, customer, and organizational objectives.
- Own and manage the site’s P&L;, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, profitability, and capital investment planning.
- Lead day-to-day operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are consistently achieved.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators,



identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost savings.
- Oversee the Quality function, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable quality management systems.
- Lead Process and Manufacturing Engineering activities, including process development, optimization, capacity planning, equipment utilization, and manufacturing readiness.
- Ensure effective coordination among Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement teams.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance, product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, serving as the primary escalation point for significant operational or quality matters.
