Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

As a Transportation Analyst within Integral Transportation, your will be responsible for managing telematics data on the MyGeoTab platform and delivering reports to service recipient departments across multiple countries.



This position reports to the LD&T; Planner (LATAM Telematics Supervisor).
- Your Impact

As LD&T; Resource your functions would consist of:
- Manual update of general data in the MyGeotab platform.
- Generate measurement indicators required by the business, following defined processes.
- Prepare Analysis Reports of fleet behavior, following defined processes.
- Data update to support management on the geolocation platform.
- Validate the operation of GPS devices and their accessories.
- Creation and tracking of requests and incidents reported by customers.
- Provide customer service (advisory, execution, and support).

Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?

Education
- Technical knowledge in business administration/computer science, or Industrial Engineering (Technical Degree or bachelor’s degree).

Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Geolocation platforms, customer service or transportation.
