Responsibilities:
The Opportunity

LATAM MCC Opex Analyst will play a key role in planning, reporting and monitoring Move expenses. This role is responsible for providing Freights and Warehousing (Move) world class service for Brazil.



Responsible for preparing operating expense (OPEX) analyses, interpreting vigente data, and making forecasts across the region, with a particular focus on inflation, productivity, freights and warehousing initiatives. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team, provide accurate information to guide the decision-making process, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) regarding operating expenses.
- Your Impact

As a Finance Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
- Deliver monthly budget act/fcst with special focus on non-labor expense; own all submissions.
- Review Freights and warehousing actuals during pre-close/close with Functions; deliver LE & flash submission to functions highlighting main deviations and R&O; ensure spend is recorded in correct P&L; line item (MOH/Move/G&A;/Sell)
- Build forecast by account, month, and sub-function with clear understanding of all spend in AOP and Forecast
