Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Program Manager I.
What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for management of Engineering R&D;, OpEx, and Continuous Improvement projects for the Eaton ARS facility in Juarez, MX. The Program Manager manages the project planning, execution, requirements changes, risk mitigation, and issue tracking. This will include the use of the PROLaunch NPI, VAVE, STB, or BPS processes. In addition, this position will serve as a ProLaunch champion and will lead the site self-assessment and action planning process.

Job Responsibilities
1. Accountability for project scope and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
2. Establishes objectives, goals, and provides direction to the program and project teams in areas of customer needs, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
3. Leads the PROLaunch team during each development phase to insure Activity Matrix deliverables are defined and achieved. Coordinates required activities and presents project status and performance data at Gate Review events.




4. Ensures standard program management processes are utilized and provides support to the program and project teams by coordinating PM reviews. Prepares & publishes PM metrics and reports to project stakeholders regularly.
5. Works in cross-disciplinary manner with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Support, Supply Chain, etc.) to align project activities and facilitate the PROLaunch processes.
6. Coordinates all risks and requirements of the program by planning, controlling, and integrating all projects into the programs. Measures all project elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved.
7. Financial acumen to complete required capital appropriation requests for assigned projects. Tracks presente and estimated final project costs against budget.
