Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client-facing Professional Services engagements for Capital Markets Front Office solutions. Responsible for managing implementation, upgrade, integration, and transformation projects while ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Capital Markets software implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
- Coordinate Functional, Technical, QA, and Support teams.
- Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
- Support UAT,



go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
- Track project financials, utilization, revenue, and margins.
- Manage project issues, escalations, and change requests.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years of Project Management experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Capital Markets.
- Hands-on experience delivering Professional Services engagements.
- Should be working at onsite client place for 4 days a week
- Strong understanding of Front Office trading environments and trade lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications preferred.
