Role: Magento L1 L2 Support Engineer

We are seeking a Magento (Adobe Commerce) Support Engineer with strong eCommerce domain expertise to provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for B2B and B2C commerce platforms. The adecuado candidate will ensure platform stability, resolve production incidents, and support seamless business operations across customer-facing digital commerce environments.

Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years of experience supporting Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce environments.
Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys.
Hands-on experience with:
Catalog Management
Pricing & Promotions
Checkout & Order Management
Customer Account Management
Magento B2B Commerce
Experience with Headless Commerce architectures.
Working knowledge of:
GraphQL
REST APIs
PHP
MySQL
Exposure to frontend technologies:
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
Experience with:
Elasticsearch
Redis
Varnish
Knowledge of SAP integrations, including customer, inventory, pricing,



and order synchronization processes.

Languages
Fluent English (mandatory)
