What are your contributions to the team?

In this role, you will:

Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and standards.
Manage and support the disposition of non-conforming material.
Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
Ensure product and process conformity to regulatory and company requirements.
Participate in problem-solving activities to eliminate customer-reported non-conformances.
Support the implementation of improvement projects within your area.

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

You have a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering or related
You have 3 to 5 years of manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, or a related industry.
You hold hands-on experience with electrical harness installation and testing on aircraft assemblies.
