About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert support for Sensitech products, services, and solutions. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource for customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service cases,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical challenges. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction, continuous improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of innovative monitoring and tracking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Sensitech products, services, and solutions through phone, email, remote tools, and in-person interactions.
Investigating, responding to, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Developing expertise in Sensitech product functionality, technical requirements, and operational usage.
Managing Technical Service Case Management activities through the global ERP system, including case logging, tracking, prioritization, and escalation.
Conducting hardware evaluations of electronic dev
