We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Automation
Sales Project Expert (Welding), based in Santa Catarina, Reciente León, to become a
member of our Fronius México Team.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Sales support (customer / contract / business acquisition, etc.)

* Active customer visits and execution of customer negotiations, if the
National PSE is properly trained

* Supporting market launch of new systems / projects

* Preparing / making offers for standard key systems, configuration examples in
coordination with PSM International

* Planning, creating and implementation of product promotion activities

* Preparing and taking technical presentations and training documents

* Cooperation to generate sales and contracts in coordination with VSP team





* Cooperation to gain technical and commercial OK-point for Key Systems and
Projects

* Building-up and maintaining a network (of experience) with the VSP team and
PSM International

* Input / feedback to market data, product response, improvements

* Continuous review and documentation of achieved targets

* Execute KPI´s, which is defined from Fronius International and propose KPI´s
for the national market

* Regular meetings plus reporting with PSM International in global
collaboration tool

* Support in target and revenue planning

* Arrange annual business plan together with PSM International

* Resource planning and forecast for the respective subsidiary
