About the Job

As an Account Manager at OpenTable, you will serve as a trusted advisor to
restaurant partners across Guadalajara and surrounding regions, helping them
optimize operations and achieve business growth. In this role, you will build
strategic high-level relationships, configure systems to optimize reservation
flow, and deliver consultative insights that drive adoption of OpenTable
marketing assets.



Acting as a key customer advocate, you will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns, share industry trends, and
lead retention initiatives. Your contributions directly elevate the partner
experience and expand OpenTable’s presence in key hospitality markets.

Responsibilities

* Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with restaurant partners,
serving as a trusted advisor to optimize reservation flow and operational
efficiency.

* Identify partner needs and present consultative sales opportunities to drive
participation in OpenTable marketing programs and achieve quarterly revenue
goals.

* Collaborate with internal teams—including Marketing, Product, and Technical
Support—to resolve cross-functional issues, execute promotional campaigns,
and convey product feature requests.
