About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of an international smart electric mobility company that is preparing to develop its motorcycle business in Mexico. The company is now looking for its first local sales professional in Mexico . This person will independently develop the market, establish local sales channels and build relationships with motorcycle distributors, dealers and key commercial customers.
The Role
This is a hands-on sales and market-development position for an experienced professional from the motorcycle or electric motorcycle industry. You will be expected to take ownership of the Mexican market: identify opportunities, activate your local network, develop distributors and dealers, negotiate commercial agreements and deliver measurable sales results. This is not a retail showroom, marketing or sales-support position. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, open doors and build a business from the ground up. The successful candidate will take ownership of local sales and channel development,



while working alongside the group's existing team in Mexico and receiving support from the international headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently develop the company's motorcycle business in Mexico.
- Identify and develop motorcycle distributors, dealers, retail channels and other commercial partners.
- Use your existing local network to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across the Mexican motorcycle industry.
- Develop potential sales opportunities with corporate fleets, delivery companies, logistics businesses and other professional motorcycle users.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product introduction to negotiation, contracting and order conversion.
- Take ownership of sales targets, pipelines, forecasts and commercial results.
