Own and modernize CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines as code across multiple services and engineering teams Improve deployment safety through canary, blue/green, and feature-flag-based releases Build reusable pipeline templates, shared libraries, and self-service tooling Improve build performance through caching, parallelization, and other approaches Partner with engineering teams to remove friction from local development, testing, CI, and deployment workflows Integrate AI-assisted capabilities into developer workflows, including pipeline diagnostics, test generation or selection, code-review automation, and failure triage Implement software supply-chain practices including dependency scanning, artifact signing, and SBOM generation Use Infrastructure-as-Code to provision and maintain CI/CD infrastructure Monitor pipeline health and deployment success to drive continuous improvements Help engineering teams adopt effective Dev Ops and delivery practices through communication, enablement, and reusable solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of Dev Ops or software engineering experience, with a strong focus on CI/CD and developer tooling Strong hands‐on experience with modern CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Circle CI, or Buildkite Experience designing pipelines as code and reusable pipeline templates Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying containerized applications through CI/CD Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code, including Terraform and/or Ansible Strong Linux administration and scripting skills using Bash, Python,
