Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ciudad Juárez, CHH, responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, presenting product and service offerings, and preparing quotes and proposals. . The Sales Specialist will maintain detailed records in the CRM system, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and competitive activity. This position also supports training and product demonstrations for customers, and participates in sales meetings and planning activities to achieve individual and team targets.
