Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain communication.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and databases.
- Meet weekly goals related to calls, lead generation, and appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telephone sales, cold calling, or call center environments is required.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $3,200 MXN net per week.
- Uncapped commissions paid in USD.
- Weekly performance bonuses.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
