Your responsibilities:
- Conducting initial screenings and online interviews;
- Coordinating hiring processes with hiring managers;
- Preparing reports and analyzing recruitment performance metrics.

What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of recruiting experience, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service roles;
- Strong sourcing and communication skills;
- English and Spanish proficiency;
- Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset;




- Own working equipment and stable internet connection.
