You'll turn data from multiple sources into insights, dashboards, and automated workflows, reducing manual work and improving decisions on customer service and complaint resolution.This role centers on measurement, lightweight data engineering, and automation, not case execution.
You'll develop SQL pipelines with Python ETL, build Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI dashboards, and standardise CSAT, NPS, FCR and AHT#J-*****-Ljbffr
