As our Project Accounting & Project-to-Cash Analyst, you'll own the full journey of a project's financial life — from setup through customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and month-end close — working alongside a collaborative, integrated Canada-Mexico finance team.It's a role built to grow.

We work with major manufacturers in the transportation and automotive sectors, where precision and reliability make all the difference.Our integrated approach — from design through tooling maintenance — enables our partners to reduce their time-to-market, optimize their production costs, and secure program performance from the earliest stages, before critical design decisions become locked in.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform the complete project accounting lifecycle in Genius in collaboration with the Financial Controller - from setup through budget tracking, work-in-progress monitoring,



and project close with margin analysisPrepare and send customer invoicesPrepare customer statements, track invoices, support collections and follow upContribute to month-end close tasks (project-related entries, prepare files for revenue recognition, month-end reporting and financial statement preparation)Participate and contribute to the ERP transitionPerform project, customer and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepanciesContribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to strengthen the Finance departmentWhat We're Looking For3 to 5 years of experience in project accounting (project set-up, budgets, work in progress, invoicing, closing and margin)Experience with accounts receivable in a project environment (milestone billing, reconciliation and collections) and with an integrated ERPCollege diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent)Professional working proficiency in English and SpanishStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large-volume reconciliation and reporting)Ability to connect with a remote and international teamArtificial intelligence skills applied to optimize accounting processesAbility to understand and communicate in French (asset)We offer compensation based on your experience, along with an Enhanced Benefits package.
