Plata Card is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Quality Control team in Mexico City.
You will own the quality improvement loop end-to-end: analyze findings, identify root causes, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure issues are resolved rather than merely reported.You will work with operations, product, analytics, and training teams to drive process improvements, monitor dashboards, and build a prioritized backlog of quality issues.
