Principal activities:
- Accounts payable control.
- Maintain an accounts payable system in accordance with company policies, ensuring that the payment of obligations is covered in a timely manner.
- Service Payment Review all Warehouse
- Payroll invoices.
- Transportation Service Invoices.
- Review in JDE that all invoices are captured.
- Sending of Payment Vouchers (USD & MXP).
- Follow up of urgent payments (special payments)
- Updating the bank file with the information related to each expense, referencing supplier number and paid invoices.
- Integration of the documentation of expense policies to be sent to the corporative.
- Reconciliation of account statements with suppliers.
- Requesting the registration of new suppliers,



integrating the file and supervising the filling out of forms.
- Keeping the supplier database updated.
- Receipt, control and accounting of corporate cards.
- Registration of import and export documents
- Accounting reconciliations in Blackline system.

Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills.
- Communication skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, JDE.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task projects and possess a general knowledge of accounting principles.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Prioritize important tasks and follow up effectively
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as a team member.
