As an IT Recruiting Specialist, you will ensure that we adhere to Toshiba's recruitment principles throughout our recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the expectations of business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Manage the administrative tasks associated with each position.
Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Be process oriented and focused on responsiveness.
- Experience with high volume of open demand
- Experience in technical recruitment in the IT area.
- 2+ YOE of solid experience in Sourcing, Screening and Selection of IT profiles support (mobile developers, software developers, TPM, quality control engineers, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience in preparing reports to analyze recruitment efforts.
