REQUIREMENTS:
- 85% English proficiency
- Steady wired internet connection
- USB Wired headset
- Windows 8+ or MAC
- Retention experience is a plus

RETENTION AGENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
- Analyzing customer behavior.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Educate customers on the value of our services
- Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
- Go into internal professional training.
- Communicate and report to your team leader.

RETENTION AGENT'S BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
- 90% English proficiency (EF set - C2 or higher)




- Fundamental computer skills and PC that meet the minimum technical requirement
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A hard-wire, noise-canceling headset
- Be able to provide a valid and non-expired certificate of good conduct/Police Certificate (International Applicants)
- Ability to service with mínimal supervision and consistently keep your scheduled client commitments
- 1+ years of retention experience (Desirable).
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
