Job Summary:
The Senior Director, Operations is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and focus to ensure operational performance excellence for one or more of Integer’s largest/high growth and complex manufacturing facilities. Key responsibilities include delivery of best in class products to customers with zero quality defects, on time delivery, and year on year productivity improvements, as well as other business growth, continuous improvement, leadership development and people management initiatives.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Adheres to Integer’s Value and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Leads and develops a multi-function Plant leadership team, collaborating closely with matrix managers and enterprise leaders where appropriate to drive achievement of site safety, quality, on time delivery, revenue, cost improvement and associate engagement targets and initiatives.
- Drives performance and accountability; measure and monitor business performance, cost reduction programs and best in class, quality products and services to customers, leveraging KPIs/metrics.
