We are searching for the best talent for Senior Production Support Technician to be in Cd. Juarez, Salvarcar Plant

Purpose:Independently, or under limited or null supervision, works on complex by nature assignments, which require considerable criteria, judgment and initiative in order to solve problems and issue recommendations. The operations technician is responsible for maintaining, complete setups and repairs of the equipment of the production lines. He/she is responsible for ensuring that all the nonplanned maintenance work assigned to him/her for all the production equipment is performed, keeping the expected levels of the Department in the GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices). Compliance with the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) making observations and communicating them to his/her supervisor for their correction

state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Provides solutions to the problems in manufacturing of current and new models.
- Performs basic operational diagnostics test. Solves problems and disconnects components, subassemblies and manufacturing systems, processes and equipment with the purpose of isolating failures, determine the solution and perform the necessary trainings.
- Analyses the non-conformant product in the production line; determines the root cause and proposes corrective actions working as a team with the manufacturing supervisor and with the engineering and quality departments.
- Starts, adjusts and operates basic laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
- Performs simple tests to the processes/products, as well as audits in compliance with quality and/or other regulatory requirements.
