Your Impact

As an R&D; Specification Management Analystyour functions would consist of:
- Develop,



update, and maintain clear, accurate ingredient specifications from initial readiness through supplier commercial qualification, leveraging internal and external resources
- Understand and uphold Ingredient, Supplier, Third Party, and Formula Standards
- Collaborate with in-market R&D; spec teams, MCC teams, cross-functional stakeholders (PD, FS, RA, QA, Procurement, SQA), and external suppliers to ensure complete and accurate specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, gathering required technical information, managing questionnaires, and driving timely follow-ups to completion
- Initiate material testing requests when required and validate specification quality parameters
- Upload and manage supplier specifications and material qualifications in Product Vision, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation
- Ensure all requests are processed and delivered within defined Se
