We work fast, ship often and sweat the details.We need a junior designer who can keep up.What you'll be doing: - Designing email templates, landing pages and branded assets that convert - Building and maintaining design systems in Figma - Creating scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' campaigns (think: product launches, flash sales, VIP offers) - Collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters and senior designers to refine concepts and ensure visual consistency - Optimizing designs for conversion and mobile responsiveness - Iterating quickly based on performance data and feedbackYou're a good fit if: - You live and breathe Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud - You have a sharp eye for typography,
