Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Ad Manager with a strong focus on E-commerce to lead the planning, execution, and scaling of digital advertising campaigns aimed at driving online sales and maximizing profitability. This role plays a critical part in the company’s growth and requires a strategic, analytical, and performance-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement paid media strategies focused on revenue growth and conversions.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and shop, and Google Ads.
- Oversee traffic generation, conversion funnels, and remarketing efforts.
- Track and analyze performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, AOV, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Allocate and optimize advertising budgets to maximize efficiency.
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and messaging to improve performance.
- Work closely with e-commerce, content, and creative teams.
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns by product line and target market.





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in paid media or ad management within an e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience handling medium to large advertising budgets.
- Solid knowledge of major digital advertising platforms.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and dynamic ad strategies.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
